Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share through this website.

Effective September 16, 2026

This policy describes information handled through the SARF website and its inquiry form. It does not replace any separate notice or agreement for a specific program or project.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, the type of organization or role you select, your request type, and the message you write. You can also provide your organization or operation name and county or region.

Organization and location fields are optional. Any other details you include in your message become part of your inquiry.

How your inquiry is used

SARF uses inquiry information to understand your request, review relevant context, respond, and discuss practical next steps. The form sends your message to SARF’s contact inbox and sends a confirmation to the email address you provide.

Submitting the form does not create an account or subscribe you to a mailing list. It does not automatically send your information to partner organizations or submit an application to a funding program.

Email and website services

We use Resend to deliver inquiry and confirmation emails. Resend processes recipient addresses, message content, and delivery information to provide that service. SARF’s email provider also handles messages received in the contact inbox.

Website hosting and email services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and delivery or error records, to operate their services and address abuse or delivery problems.

Read more about Resend’s data processing practices and privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Open and click tracking are disabled for SARF’s inquiry confirmation emails. Email delivery services still maintain operational records, such as delivery and error events; the absence of tracking does not mean no technical records are created.

Records and your choices

Inquiry correspondence and delivery records may remain in the email systems used to handle your request. You can email admin@sarf.ag to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask SARF not to follow up with you.

Please identify the email address used for your inquiry and explain your request. Whether records can be removed may depend on the context of the inquiry, service-provider records, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@sarf.ag.
